     Presidents' Week / Ski Week - $4500/week
     Friday-Sunday (9 nights).

without notice. All reservations except during spring and fall have a three night minimum. Rates do not include 10% local occupancy tax which must be collected. Cleaning fee/visit is $225.

Payment
A 50% deposit of total rent and cleaning charges plus the full security deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due 61 days before
check-in.

Cancellation Policy

v  91 days or more before expected rental/arrival
date 100% of rent deposit, less a $100 processing
fee, will be returned.

v  0-90 days before expected rental/arrival date
100% of base rent and occupancy tax will be
forfeited by renter.

v  90% of base rent and occupancy tax will be
returned if a replacement renter is found at the
same rates and for the same dates as those
cancelled.

v  Cancellation terms are more stringent for holiday
visits and stays lasting longer than 3 days.
