Ryan Platt is the owner and founder of Sierra Luxury Properties, a premier property management company in Truckee, California. Established in January 2024, Sierra Luxury Properties specializes in managing luxurious rental properties and assisting second homeowners in maintaining their residences in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe regions. With a background managing over 200 vacation homes in the area, Ryan recognized the need for a more tailored and attentive approach to property management. His passion for exceeding expectations and fostering genuine connections with homeowners and guests led him to establish Sierra Luxury Properties, where quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction reign supreme. Through meticulous home inspections, proactive communication, and a genuine commitment to service, Ryan and his dedicated team set the standard for excellence in property management in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe communities.
Eric was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona. Graduated from top 50 business school W.P. Carey, at Arizona State University. Following an internship with the PGA of America in Palm Beach Gardens Florida, Eric accepted a golf professional position at Schaffer's Mill Golf and Lake Club in Truckee/Tahoe. In 2011, After just one year in the golf business he received an opportunity to become apart of the real estate development team and grew passionate about the industry learning from some of the best in the business.
Eric received his Brokers license in 2018 and led the team in transactions managing over $100+ Million in sales in his time with the development team. After working with many clients through the process of buying land and building he decided to try it for himself.
In 2020, Eric completed and sold his first spec home and feels fortunate to be able to share his experiences with clients looking to build their own Tahoe dream home.
Eric is now focusing on taking what he learned from the development side to helping clients buy and sell in the Truckee-Tahoe area in addition to leading sales for a brand new development just outside of Downtown Truckee that includes 24 townhomes, lofts and commercial space bringing a great new addition to Truckee - North Tahoe.
