About the lease/cost:

+ Number of people: ~10-12

+ The lease will run for from January 15th through May 31st

+ Utility, cleaning and service fund/deposit: $14,000 to cover regularly scheduled cleanings, internet access, snow removal, heat, water and electricity, trash removal, etc. (*The deposit is partially refundable based on available surplus at the end of the lease.)

+ Note: We love pets and kids so they are more than welcome!

1. THIS HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL. A 31+ NIGHT STAY IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES

2. Sorry, this Lease does NOT include access to private HOA amenities.

3. There may be construction taking place in this neighborhood. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however some nuisance may be expected. Guests are advised to reach out in advance of leasing with questions.
